Client's Integrated Health Service Report
Patients often visit multiple health institutions to receive various healthcare services. However, in many cases, they do not retain their doctor's prescriptions or medical history for future reference. This lack of documentation makes it difficult for doctors to assess a patient’s medical history during subsequent visits. Similarly, healthcare providers and institutions face challenges due to the absence of an efficient electronic data management system. Most health institutions in Nepal still rely on manual record-keeping, which hampers effective service delivery and data tracking, leading to inefficiencies in patient care and healthcare management.
Implementing a proper electronic health record system can significantly improve the management of patient data, allowing for better continuity of care and streamlined healthcare services.
The eHMIS (Electronic Health Management Information System) offers a powerful feature that centralizes a patient’s complete medical history, including details about prescribed medications and laboratory investigations. Each patient is assigned a unique QR code, which securely stores their medical records. If a patient is unable to bring their previous prescriptions or medical history during a doctor’s visit, healthcare providers can easily retrieve their information by accessing the system or scanning the QR code provided by the health institution.
This feature not only eliminates the need for patients to carry physical records but also ensures that doctors have immediate access to accurate and up-to-date medical history, enabling better diagnosis and treatment. By digitizing and centralizing patient data, eHMIS improves the continuity of care and enhances overall healthcare service efficiency. This seamless access to information is especially important in ensuring quality care, even when patients switch between different healthcare providers or institutions.
Client Identity Card
It helps to generate a Client Identity Card with a QR code, enabling instant access to all health institution records by simply scanning the code.
Doctor Prescription
All medical history is securely archived as a comprehensive medical report within the system. This report can be easily accessed by scanning the QR code displayed on the Client Identity Card, providing instant and convenient access to a patient's complete medical records. This feature enhances efficiency in healthcare delivery by allowing authorized personnel to quickly retrieve critical health information, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making during patient care.
